Order Changes & Cancellations

Before placing your order, please carefully review your selected size, color, and quantity to ensure accuracy. Cancellations are accepted **within 24 hours** of purchase. Please note that a **10% cancellation fee** will apply. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, kindly email us at support@limitmice.com and provide your order number for a quick resolution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color. If you make a mistake with your selection, you can cancel the order within 24 hours and place a new one. If you are unsure about sizing, please reach out to our support team before placing your order — we are happy to guide you to ensure the best fit.

Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests **within 120 days** of delivery for the following situations:

  • Items that are damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect items received
  • Products significantly different from the description provided
Not eligible for return:
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Minor cosmetic flaws such as loose threads
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Damage not caused by Limitmice

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@limitmice.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Proof of purchase
  • Shipping receipt, if applicable
⚠ Please do **not** return items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed **within 7 business days**. Refunds will include the original shipping charges. If your refund does not appear in your account within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider for assistance.

Additional Notes

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is caused by Limitmice. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
